The last six weeks are the busiest and most detailed-oriented period of planning, and I can help keep you on track, ease planning stress and ensure you will enjoy your final weeks of being engaged. This package promises that you will enjoy your wedding day to the very fullest - you can spend your time relaxing, taking it all in, and having a blast!

30 Days Before Wedding

• Final walk-through on-site before your wedding

• Final calls and confirmations to all your vendors

During Planning

The Day Before Your Wedding

• Organizing and attending your wedding ceremony rehearsal

• Collect final payments for any vendors

• Collect small, personal day-of items for the ceremony & reception (guest book, vows, etc.)

• Coordinate the day-of timeline with the wedding party

On Your Wedding Day

• I will be on-site for your big day, along with an assistant if your guest count necessitates

• Location set-up and load-in supervision

• Handling all personal items (guest book, gift basket, etc.)

• Set up any small decor items not contracted to another vendor

• Emergency day-of kit, customized to your needs

• Coordinate a first look for you both OR keep you hidden from each other

• Set up of personal small ceremony decor not specified to another vendor

• Guest assistance and direction during the reception

• Distribute final payments as necessary

• Cue the ceremony (music, bridal party, etc.)

• Handle any late-arriving guests

• Take any personal items to the reception site/designated person

• Line up the bridal party for your grand entrance

• Set up of personal small reception decor not specified to another vendor

• Cue reception services (entrance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.)

• Coordinate vendor meals and breaks

• Oversight of post-reception clean-up (floral breakdown not included)
