This service is designed for couples who have completed much of the planning independently and want professional oversight as the wedding approaches. We step in with clarity—reviewing design decisions and details, identifying gaps, and organizing logistics—so the final months feel structured and manageable.
Our role is not to redo your work, but to refine it. We ensure timelines and design are realistic, vendors are aligned, and nothing essential is overlooked. On the wedding day, we manage the execution so you can be fully present.

Destination & Complex Events
Weddings involving travel, multiple venues, or layered logistics require an additional level of foresight and coordination. This may include destination weddings, private estates, tented events, or celebrations spanning multiple days or locations.
Destination and complex weddings are planned through either our Full Wedding Planning or Wedding Management engagement, depending on scope and needs.

Our planning services are tailored to the scope, scale, and complexity of each event. Investment reflects the level of involvement required, the logistics at play, and the degree of guidance needed to lead the process thoughtfully from start to finish.
Because no two weddings are alike, proposals are custom and developed following an initial consultation. This ensures that each client receives the appropriate level of planning support without unnecessary layers or excess.

Full Wedding Planning begins at $15,000.
Wedding Management & Strategic Oversight begins at $9,000.
