We have planned and coordinated events in Colorado since 2014, helping couples get married in any season and at nearly all of the area’s gorgeous venues. We love working closely with the amazing team of vendors to create exceptional events.

SERVICE DETAILS

This Full-Planning Services for a Colorado wedding includes Jennifer Blume as your lead planner and two assistants on the wedding day. Jennifer will be the lead on communication, planning, and design.


BUDGET DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT

BUDGET DEVELOPMENT: A comprehensive budget based on expectations, discussions, scope, and goals.

MANAGEMENT: Track expenses and produce regular reports to meet budget goals.

VENDOR ACCOUNTING: Coordinate and communicate with the couple regarding all vendor payments and contract management.


RSVP MANAGEMENT

REPORTS: Provide weekly reports of those attending, those not attending, and those who have not replied.

TRANSPORTATION: Track transportation requests and report hotel lists based on replies.


VENUE MANAGEMENT

MANAGEMENT OF COMMUNICATION: Act as your primary contact for your venue, handling the daily communication.

ONSITE PLANNING VISIT: Plan and attend two on-site planning visits, including a tasting/planning meeting and a final walkthrough.


CATERING PLANNING & MANAGEMENT

SELECTION & TASTING: Advise on catering selection, schedule tastings, and consult on the tasting menu.

MENUS: Consult on and determine the menu, wine, champagne, and beverage selection for the Wedding Reception.

CAKE: Consult on style and design of Wedding Cake and additional desserts.

FOLLOW-UP: Provide ongoing liaison with the catering team and dessert provider.


DESIGN, DÉCOR, & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: Create a custom color palette and mood boards that can be shared with other vendors to ensure a comprehensive vision. Work together to create a wedding style that is unique to you and not a repetition of inspiration.

CONCEPT EXECUTION: Manage vendor execution of design concepts for the ceremony, wedding dinner, and reception. Coordinate all facets of the evening, including the scheduled entertainment and all logistical and technical details for the performance (Draping, Equipment, Sound, Lighting, Staging).

SERVICES: Track expenses to ensure budget goals are met. Provide reports outlining ongoing costs


FLORAL DESIGN

SELECTION: Advise on the selection of a floral designer.

DESIGN: Consult on floral design and style for Ceremony, Wedding Party, Dinner, and Reception (tables, buffets, public rooms, restrooms, and cake).


PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

SELECTION: Advise and engage the photographer and/or videographer for the Wedding.

RECOMMEND: Consult on photography and/or videography details and location for the Wedding, Including Preparation, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception, and Family Pictures.


MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT

SELECTION: Advise and engage the musicians/band for the Wedding.

MUSIC: Consult on music selections for the Ceremony (prelude, processional, interlude, and recessional), Cocktail Hour, and Wedding Reception (first dance, etc.).

MANAGEMENT: Manage band load-in, logistics, and needs on the wedding day.


HAIR & MAKE-UP

RECOMMEND: Hair and Makeup vendors.

RESERVE: Hair and Makeup vendor for the wedding date.

MANAGE: Create a detailed hair and make-up timeline for the wedding date.


PAPER GOODS

SAVE-THE-DATE: Consult on style, design, and format.

INVITATIONS: Consult on style, design, and format.

WEDDING PROGRAM: Consult on style, design, and format.

MENUS: Consult on style, design, and format.

TABLE CARD AND PLACE CARD: Consult on style, design, and format.

ADDITIONAL SIGNAGE: Consult on style, design, and format.


TRANSPORTATION:

VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Secure and manage a transportation company to handle guest transportation around Vail Valley

ON-SITE TRANSPORTATION: Organize transportation for a First Look or around the property as needed.


CEREMONY REHEARSAL & WEDDING CEREMONY

CEREMONY DESIGN: Consult on the format of the Wedding Ceremony: Readings, Hymns, Prayers, Speakers, and Musical Selection.

CEREMONY MANAGEMENT: Organize and orchestrate the wedding ceremony and rehearsal.


WEDDING ONSITE MANAGEMENT

PROGRAM LOGISTICS: Establish a timeline and itineraries for the wedding day.

VENDORS: Contact and establish a relationship with purveyors as outlined above for the Wedding.

SERVICES MANAGEMENT: Receive all details of services to be provided by purveyors.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS: Review and approve Banquet Event Orders supplied by the caterer.

EVENT PREPARATION: Provide guest count and finalize seating plan for dinner events.

VENUE LIAISON SERVICES: Maintain close communication with the venue team regarding all guest and event-related requests/logistics.

COMPREHENSIVE OVERSIGHT: Coordinate the detailed pre-event meeting with relevant personnel, including venue staff, vendor staff, The Styled Soirée staff members, Food & Beverage staff members, conference services, front desk, grounds, transportation, and housekeeping to review all arrangements in detail.


ADDITIONAL EVENTS

REHEARSAL DINNER PLANNING: Recommend menus, review Banquet Event Orders, review rentals, review seating arrangements, and communicate with venue staff for planning.

REHEARSAL DINNER SET UP: Set up small decor for the Rehearsal Dinner.

WELCOME PARTY PLANNING: Recommend menus, review Banquet Event Orders, review rentals, and communicate with venue staff for planning.

FAREWELL BRUNCH PLANNING: Recommend menus, review Banquet Event Orders, review rentals, and communicate with venue staff for planning.
