Partial Planning and Design Service
The service is designed for couples who have selected their venue, photographer, and caterer, but aren't completely sure how to bring their vision to life. I will help select key vendors, will provide design consultation, and am here for advice throughout the planning process.
The Experience
My Partial Design and Management Service helps shape the design details of your wedding day after you have selected a venue. Choosing your wedding venue is one of the biggest decisions you will make during the planning process, but how do you take the vision you have in your mind and translate it to the actual wedding day?
We will meet so that I can understand your vision and priorities. We will have a design consultation to make sure that your wedding will be unique and fun and I will create a customized "moodboard" that can be shared with your vendors and team to make sure everyone has the same design goals in mind.
I will source options for floral design, decor, rentals, lighting and stationery/calligraphy. These will be options who can bring your design vision to life, are available on your wedding day, and are appropriate for your target budget.
I am available throughout your planning process for advice, guidance, and to keep you on track! We will schedule in-person meetings every few months, and I am available for as many phone meetings as needed!
I will be the lead planner on site for your wedding day, helping to bring your vision to life!
The Process
First, we will meet to discuss your top priorities, progress made to date, and ideal budget. I will introduce you to "Aisle Planner" the incredible software I use to work with my couples and keep us organized.
Next, we will have a design consultation. You will show me your dream inspiration, we'll discuss ways to incorporate elements from your love story and life together, and work to design memorable moments and a seamless flow of events for your guest!
Then we will build out your dream wedding design professional team, I will help you find your "design" professionals and point you in the right direction with recommendations for the rest of your team.
We will have periodic check-in meetings to make sure that everything is on schedule and that all of the elements of your wedding are in place.
Wedding management services are also included in this level of service!
